We are talking about international travel and foreign languages which I am fascinated with (I have learned and can do simple meetings and greetings in over 20 languages and all with nearly a perfect accent, Chinese, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Hebrew, Tagalog, ect.) and as I don't know much about sign language I asked him if sign language is universal or is it just like the spoken language, different country by country and therefor would he need a translator for sign language. He said that it is different country by country and yes he needed a translator for sign language on his last trip to Asia. He said he was trying to talk with a young deaf Asian lady using sign language and at some point tried to apologize for something and say sorry. The young lady reacted SHOCKED and then someone in the group informed him he had just said to her, "lets get naked and have SEX", and how embarrassed he was for that. Without a second of hesitation I asked, "How do you apologize and say you are sorry in sign language"? He asked why I wanted to know, and I said "Hey, you never know when you are going to meet a REALLY HOT LOOKING DEAF ASIAN LADY"!!! The whole group of us and this hearing impaired gentlemen all about hit the floor laughing.. LMAO I love my job, meeting people from all over the world and different walks of life who you can learn from each other and make each other laugh and smile.. :) My career is in the airline industry so if Ms Right is east coast or west coast, distance does not matter. Not once you have found the person who makes it so easy to see your future in their lovely eyes.., music and FOOD!. Willing to try almost anything once (except for eating balut lol..) and most things twice.. Hopeful romantic who would like to meet a lady who has a great sense of humor, is positive, mischievously playful, adventurous, SASSY, romantic, affectionate and a GREAT KISSER!. It all starts with attraction, DARK HAIR and DARK EYES turn my head and I prefer someone close to my age or older but would not exclude someone because of age or what is on the outside. It is the quality of the person that matters most. With that said, there needs to be a deeper connection of chemistry to work. "FULL STEAM AHEAD THROUGH THE NO WAKE ZONE!!!" **** Just started playing golf and I enjoy it! I try to find humor in almost every situation. I'm very witty and like to make people laugh in spite of the ISFJ personality results that would suggest I'm somewhat reserved. I guess I am at first but "warm up" quickly then I'm always jumping on the next opportunity to say something funny. I run a chimney service as a sole proprietor.(and yes I wear a respirator!) I'm not getting rich but the bills get paid. I'm confident but not arrogant. I'm clean(except when working) I'm a good cook and I can fix almost anything. I'm an active American Legion member but didn't serve in the military. I do a considerable amount of volunteering there and it's for a very good cause. I like pets and animals, keep seed in the bird feeder and I'm a monthly contributor to the ASPCA.. Cruelty and/or neglect to animals is disgraceful and inexcusable! I'm content with a healthy mix of social activities and a smidgeon of "me time" spent absorbing knowledge from discovery, history, military, or national geographic channels or just watching a movie. If I suddenly became rich I'd buy a beautiful motor home and drive all over the country and donate time and money to animal rescue...for starters. I don't want a complicated girl...just a down-to-earth, easy going person like myself with a good sense of humor who always sees the glass half full! Just be relatively drama free and emotionally ready for a relationship. Getting together with true friends is something I look forward to but it's always nice to meet new people and listen to what they have to say. I consider myself a good conversationalist and a good listener. I have fairly good luck with a vegetable garden. I like mostly rock/classic rock music but won't complain if you want to listen to something else. I have a huge interest in flying and would love to get a pilots license someday but I haven't logged any flight time yet. Just bought an R/C plane and hope I don't crash it on the first flight! I'm a huge Redskins fan....always have been,always will be. GO SKINS!!! I'm active and healthy and eat healthy most of the time. Want to know anything else? Just ask.
