About Me

I'm officially sick of bull-shit. I'm a fun-loving, drama-hating kind of girl. I'm looking for something easy, comfortable and satisfying. I'm a busy lady; between taking my Masters of Architecture, running the first aid tables for a couple of football leagues, keeping up with my two bestie-beasties, working part-time and having a social life, there isn't a lot of time left for meeting new people. Patience isn't a virtue of mine, and unfortunately trolling through bars, sporting events and classes for a good-looking guy with personality and smarts takes a lot of it. I'm sassy, and honest to the bone. I tell it like it is, and have an unfortunate habit of not giving a sh*t who cares. I'm ambitious and I love to work hard because hardly working drives me crazy. I like a man who knows how to treat a lady. Growing up with mostly boys I have had to be hard as nails and I have a rare ability to see right through all your game. Does this mean I am immune? Not at all, you may just have to try a little harder ;). I don't expect to be taken out on dates, or driven around. I certainly don't expect a guy to pay for me. However, if you get off the couch to go get a beer and don't bring one for me, I'm going to walk out on you for being a dumb ass.I'm also a geek and straight up... way too into sci-fi and fantasy fiction to deny it. I have a special place in my heart for martial- I've always got a book on the go, and quite frankly I find a witty man terribly sexy. My favorite way to unwind is in flannel, a bad-decision-making potion in one hand and my pipe in the other. I will not deny that when I heard Game of Thrones was being made into a television show, I nerdgasmed everywhere... I've been a fan since I was ***YES THE BOOKS CAME FIRST). As for partying and depending on the crowd I love my beer, my whisky and my girly drinks. I take every opportunity to have an adventure and in most cases, I am that drunk girl making the 2 hour walk home poutine in hand.- I hit the climbing gym whenever I can find someone willing to come with, and run with my 1 year old pup every other morning. P.S. Beards are ****ing sexy.Anyone who thinks they can handle a little sass, get in touch... I'm not the type to jerk you around. But please, spare me the pick-up lines and dumb-ass questions. N.B. This is a new addition I am having to add for those men who can't handle a polite no thank you. I don't want your money, and I certainly want nothing to do with a penis who has to pay for it's vagina and whom I've already declined an offer from. You are being sketchy and please own up to the fact that you made yourself an official meetville creeper the minute you typed a dollar sign. So don't ask me, I'm sure your mother taught you to respond to common courtesy much better than that. It's Fall, and soon to be winter... Leaf diving and/or taboozing anyone? BUT if its too cold outside, pool suits me just fine.
