Soo here goes. I am not really sure what I am doing here and am not expecting much from it. I have recently gotten out of a long relationship (well, months ago, actually) and am sort of forcing myself to get out of my house more often. I am currently in school studying to be a nurse and am pretty busy with that most of the time. I am usually down to do just about anything and am pretty easy going for the most part. Humor is a big part of the way I communicate and much of what comes out of my mouth has a hint of sarcasm to it. Not really much of a *** person. My dog is my favorite thing in the world and I tend to treat animals like people. Working out is very important to me and I hit the gym or go jogging pretty often. My interests tend to be a bit off-centered and usually not what one would expect from a 25-year old woman but I can usually maintain a good convo on just about any topic. I appreciate people who can have both an intelligent conversation as well as one that is completely full of nonsensical randomness. Can be awkward and uncomfortable so I prefer to just hang out and not do anything formal. Would rather talk or text a bit before so I don't feel like I am out with a complete stranger.

I love music, I can talk about it all day. I like simple things like, watching TV, going out to eat, going to movies or just hanging in the house. I look for someone to accompany me in my simple joys.

Staying Present in Everyday Life- Connecting With the Inner Body -an excerpt from Practicing the Power of Now by Eckhart TolleDIRECT YOUR ATTENTION INTO THE BODY. Feel it from within. Is it alive? Is there life in your hands, arms, legs, and feet -- in your abdomen, your chest? Can you feel the subtle energy field that pervades the entire body and gives vibrant life to every organ and every cell? Can you feel it simultaneously in all parts of the body as a single field of energy?Keep focusing on the feeling of your inner body for a few moments. Do not start to think about it. Feel it.The more attention you give it, the clearer and stronger this feeling will become. It will feel as if every cell is becoming more alive, and if you have a strong visual sense, you may get an image of your body becoming luminous. Although such an image can help you temporarily, pay more attention to the feeling than to any image that may arise. An image, no matter how beautiful or powerful, is already defined in form, so there is less scope for penetrating more deeply.***Do not think too much; just be. When you must think, it will come out of a state of rooted presence, a feeling of interconnectedness with the Universe. Use your mind, *** letting it use you. Thoughts will come and go. Do not identify with them. You are not your thoughts but the silence, the space, the awareness behind them."Being must be felt, it can't be thought."- Eckhart Tolle"We are eternal, all this pain is an illusion."- Tool"I am deeply superficial."- Andy Warhol"If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. Primary reality is within; secondary reality without." -Eckhart Tolle"Don't let a mad world tell you that success is anything other than a successful present moment." -Eckhart Tolle "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy. it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails" ***Cor. 13:4-8a)
