I feel that it is important the have some, not all, common interests. So here is a little bit about me: I work as a manager in the customer service/outsourcing field. I started as a CS rep myself and have found a career in the industry. I have enjoyed playing cards for the majority of my life and a few years ago I had an opportunity to deal poker semi-professionally, it was a blast.I started playing the guitar when I was about 13 years of age. Today, about 19 years later, I am independently composing and producing full length pieces of music. My strongest genres are strings and orchestra, and industrial/hardcore with dance and hip hop rhythms. So, what am I looking for and what are my expectations? I have come to realize that there needs to be a balance of personal individuality and common interests for this thing called love to be successful. We shouldn't have everything in common and we shouldn't have nothing in common. It is extremely reasonable for you to expect that your love interest would have a genuine level of understanding, appreciation and respect for your personality, ambitions, and achievements; and Likewise.
