Hello,I’m originally from the east coast but always felt more at home in CA, so in 89 I persisted in finding a job out here (old school -- no internet!) I then packed up and moved without knowing a soul out here. Best decision I've ever made, I guess you could say I’m adventurous.Here’s how I see myself and qualities I strive to have (and value in others):Witty, warm, confident, centered, outspoken, empathetic, loyal, sincere, affectionate and I make a great cup of coffee. Humor is a big part of my personality; I’m the funniest person I know :-). I’ll be the first one to laugh at myself -- can’t take life too seriously.For fun I’m game for almost anything, exploring, long drives, live music (partial to blues), hiking, movies ( I look for sleepers). Lately I’ve gotten into disc golf, it’s a lot of fun -- and I’ve never played regular golf. I like that it’’re not competing so everyone has a good time.It’s clear to me that communication is the most important thing in any relationship; I’ll talk to you about anything you like. Of course most communication is non-verbal so we’ll have a better idea when we meet.I tend to look forward and have a positive attitude, I know that the future is wide open and It’s totally up to me to have my life turn out the way I want, that includes finding a mate with whom we can both thrive (is that you?). I’m generally happy and satisfied with my life and how things are going. People tend to like me and feel comfortable around me.I’m out of a 15 year relationship that ended 2 years ago with integrity (still friends). Let me start by saying those are not cigarettes in my hand in the pictures. I don't smoke and never have! It is the remote for the camera taking the picture. I am definitely single with no kids or X-wives. I am ready to be in a healthy relationship with a good woman. I would make myself available for a sweet and intelligent woman that seeks her soul mate. I also think Ghostbusters was really well done considering when it was made (so was Gone With the Wind.). A fun movie from start to finish is the ***film The In- I liked the comedy Ladykillers with Tom Hanks...thought it was very funny....;...this is the best of the best in film making.I like all types of music from Sinatra to the Rolling Stones, but am not into "rap" music! You should message me if you are a caring woman with inner beauty, and you like animals, especially cats. It is a plus if you like to dress casually ( I am told I look really good when I get all dressed up though?) and do fun things.
