I am young at heart, retired Air Force, and love woodworking, and doing anything outdoors. I grew up in the NC mountains and love it here. Parkway rides, hikes, and just plain enjoying nature are a rush! I love to hike and take pictures around the mountains. I'm crazy about waterfalls, creeks and rivers. I'm looking for someone who feels and acts as young and energetic as I do. I'm not ready to retire to the easy chair! I like all kinds of music, but mainly country, and Classic Rock, Blues, (and a little Bluegrass). On occasion I listen to piano solos and movie themes, to relax. More rules, more intolerance, more impatience, - less forgiving, less spontaneous, less fun, less flexable,& don't make the most of the moment. I personally fight these feelings every day. I refuse to knowingly let them become part of me. Still a Work in progress.I love to learn, share, explore and experience God’s handiwork.I like style, adventure, good food, tasty wine and great conversation. I’ve traveled to many places, yet the list of places I would love to visit is still growing. A somewhat romantic at heart and a sucker for a handout. What ever works for both. The place is not important.I believe the people your with and enjoying will make the moment special, not the place. If she wishes, I would let the other person choose the place, time, and location.
