About Me

I am young at heart, retired Air Force, and love woodworking, and doing anything outdoors. I grew up in the NC mountains and love it here. Parkway rides, hikes, and just plain enjoying nature are a rush! I love to hike and take pictures around the mountains. I'm crazy about waterfalls, creeks and rivers. I'm looking for someone who feels and acts as young and energetic as I do. I'm not ready to retire to the easy chair! I like all kinds of music, but mainly country, and Classic Rock, Blues, (and a little Bluegrass). On occasion I listen to piano solos and movie themes, to relax. Mood seems to dictate the music style. I am affectionate, passionate, and love getting it back in return. I am a giver. I live to take care of and pamper the person I'm with. I enjoy cooking, and serving. As well as and finding new foods and cuisines. Watching a good movie is absolutely awesome, especially when cuddling close with someone you love! I enjoy most all types of movies. Mostly, I love to see my special one happy. If she's happy, I'm happy!I have met some beautiful people. In this complicated world that surrounds us, it's that "random act of kindness" that sets us apart. When we genuinely care, and aren't afraid to show it, we lift up those around us and the world smiles back. A peaceful meeting, and dinner, or coffee. A short (or long) walk to share likes, and life experiences. HAVE FUN!

    I guess I don't have an official hobby but things that I like doing are riding my motorcycle, camping, hiking, exploring new places, working on my house and in my yard.
