Me? ... I'm just another skirt among working class professionals. I'm a happy, self-confident, playful free-spirit with a quick-witted sense of humour and a unique sense of style.I crave adventure, live purposefully and aspire to make a difference. I value time in the proverbial "cave" to reflect, clear the mind and feed the soul. I love playing in the big city as well as spontaneous urban exploration. I am creative, articulate, and love to write. I'm also a visual person who appreciates colour and design, and enjoy the mental stimulation inspired by all forms of art. In my spare time I volunteer in local Arts & Culture doing marketing and special events promotion (fun stuff!).I'm 5' 9.5" and love to wear high heels- that puts me around 6' 1" on a good day. That said, I also own a pair of steel-toe work boots, and leather engineer boots, which take me through those urb-ex adventures like a knife through butter ;)My boys are 16 and 24. The eldest lives on his own and supports himself very well (he just bought his first home this month). My youngest is intelligent (history, politics, current/world events), musically inclined (plays guitar, drums, piano, sings), and a really cool cat. He shares time between his dad's place and mine. My guys are both very independent, well-mannered and respectful. I enjoy the freedom that comes with having (awesome) grown kids, and would like to meet someone that, if they have offspring, they are older and/or at least equally well-mannered and awesome ;)I`m looking for my partner...He's responsible to a fault, yet sometimes he chooses the path less traveled. He seeks adventure and doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. He greets strangers along the way. He is strong and brave. He leads confidently ...and sometimes he follows. He's an intelligent man- so he's comfortable either way. He is gentle, patient and kind, and he loves to laugh. He doesn't judge harshly, and sees the good in people. He understands that life, complete with it's adversities, is a gift, and he is grateful. He likes to build and create and takes pride in his work, whether it's a construction project, a piece of art ... or dinner for two. He's charming, romantic, and he's a gentleman. His friends and family will tell you so, although they don't have to because you can see it in his eyes. He's a top down, wind at his back, play it loud kind of guy! but he also knows there is a time and place for everything. He takes time to reflect. His ethics, virtues and values are set on a solid foundation ...so, he doesn't worry much.We laugh when we share our stories, and we're the best of friends.So, when you see him, let him know I'm looking for him ;) Decadent libations at a sidewalk cafe; sharing stories, people watching and laughing 'til it hurts at what we deem to be undeniably outrageous faux pas (or we see someone fall down). If we hit it off, then perhaps a stroll uptown (you give me a piggyback ride)?...that's me lying to you.... I don't have a cat ...and it's over. (For you it's over because I just lied about my mom calling). Honestly, who does that!? So it's all for the best ***
