I'm not a couch potato, I lost ***pounds 6 years ago so I stay active, and healthy. loosing the weight was the easy part, keeping it off, well that's an adventure of its on. I lost my best-friend of 38 years to cancer on sept 4th ***, she taught me to enjoy every minute of life and not to sweat the small stuff!!
