Suggest you wear steel toed shoes in the beginning.I'm no master chef,but I know how to prepare a meal or just help out in the kitchen when needed. Spending time with family and friends celebrating special events, the holidays, BBQ's is something I always look forward to. Just a small note I need to acquire a new photo of myself since I recently dropped about 20 lbs.
