HI! I'd like to meet you, have some fun and see what happens. I'm a "realationship" kind of guy but one step at a time, right? I enjoy "doing" whether its going to a show (i.e. Cirque) or a concert, nice dinner - especially outside by the water, walking along the beach (really), dancing (something I discovered in the last couple years), going places for fun i.e. Even shopping when doing it with someone special. I enjoy talking: hearing about your day, your interests, sharing what's happening and the excitement or even frustrations. I try to eat healthy, don't drink much except that occasional glass of wine or Mojito and take care of myself. Also have a positive attitude, love, light and energy. Look for the same in a date / partner. Though I'm a busy person and like to be busy in work and play, I also enjoy snuggling on the couch watching a movie with my special someone; or on a park bench, by the ocean, wherever. I like to be fun, spontaneous, (sometimes planned spontaneity lol) and Love to laugh and share that laughter. I like to to the gym 3x a week, watch my weight, use a trainer once in a while (used to do it more when my hours were different) and started doing a little yoga for flexibility (and it taxes the core, right?). Music - I like everything but mostly a rocker (classic, and current), used to play in bands way back when and still enjoy "tinkering".In business and personal life I've been fortunate enough to do a lot of things. For several years I worked for one of the top AC Manufacturer's rep agencies in the country, and recently made a change to go to work for a large distributor). As far as activities, it's much, much more fun to be able to share new (and revisited) experiences with someone and that's what I'm looking forward to. I think a first date is best in a setting where we can talk, get to know about each other and see if maybe something "clicks" or "zings". Coffee, or a nice bar with wine, maybe an appetizer or two. Outside is always nice.

    I guess one way to describe myself would be to share one of my favorite song lyrics. It's "All you touch, and all you see...is all your life will ever be". It's from the Pink Floyd song "Breathe". I take it to mean that life is so precious, that we need to live it to its fullest every day, share with others as much as we can, and experience as much of it as possible. I like to live an active life, stay physically fit, and meet new people. I love conversation, need friendship, and hope to find true love with the right person. This may sound cliché, but my goal is to find someone that can appreciate all that I have to give and offer, and be willing to give all that they have to give to the relationship. I believe it is fine and natural for couples to have their own interests, but I also believe in putting the person I am sharing life with first. I would say I am sensitive...yet able to handle anything life throws my way, and still believe that we all wake up every day to new opportunities and possibilities. I like dining out, but am just as happy making dinner together while listening to music and sipping some wine. I really enjoy seeing live music, especially at outdoor festivals or small clubs. A date I particularly enjoy would be hopping in the boat and cruising to Egmont Key to barbeque, listen to some tunes, swim & relax. I also like to play tennis, go biking, and of course watch a good movie. Let's see...what else...really I would enjoy doing just about anything with someone who trusts enough to share their thoughts and feelings.Have I told you I am crazy about music? Many kinds - blues, southern rock, jam bands, and even lots of songs from the "past'...even the 50's, 60's, & 70's. I sometimes like to sing along to great songs, but I'm certainly not ready for American Idol! I used to travel a lot, and hope to travel more some day. Although I am outgoing and like to make friends, I prefer to only have a "relationship" with one woman. I am looking forward to creating a wonderful second part of my life, one where I could eventually meet a woman willing to accept a long term relationship based on sincere commitment, open communication, and total honesty. I realize the development of these great expressions may take time, and I am willing to grow with anyone who feels the same way as I do.I am a science teacher (Physics and Chemistry), but you'd never know it on weekends!Addendum: I've recently realized many people put some of their own personal "preferences" in their profile, so I thought I'd give it a try! I am looking for someone that I can share a mutual physical attraction with. Not perfection, just beauty that's in the eyes of the beholders... You will never find me checking a social networking site on my cell phone, so I must say that I prefer when someone doesn't feel the need to always be connected to cyberspace - yet I'm very reliable in communicating and try to respond as soon as possible to messages or texts. In closing, I would like to find someone who is affectionate, open, honest, fun, likes conversation, and is willing to walk hand in hand (literally!) with me on "our" life's journey..... Oh, and I can hook up a stereo and am pretty good at fixing things around the house! I feel what's important in a first meeting is that both people feel comfortable. Coffee, a drink, a burger, maybe hear some live music - something casual and an opportunity to get acquainted and hopefully plan the next date, where the possibilities will be endless!
