Woman. 42 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.

Looking for: man. In age: 39-49

I'd like to meet some like minded people in the area to do things with. Please read below and if you'd like to get out send me an e-mail. Note that although I don't mind spending quiet evening at home I've had too many these past few weeks and want to get out. I enjoy hanging with friends, laughing, reading, animals, being outdoors, learning to live in the present and meditation. My interests include learning about alternative medicine and metaphysical philosophy. I try not to take life too seriously, roll with the punches and know that tomorrow is a new day. Dwelling in the past is futile and worrying about the future only creates more worry. Don't get me wrong, you still have to have a plan and be an adult, but in the end your life should be fun. In fact most of my friends are in a band, looking for a band, writing music or somehow connected with the music industry. I like all types of music and it's depends on my mood as to what I want to hear. Some new country and rap are ok, but those tend to be my least favorite. This doesn't include old school bluegrass or country (hank sr., willie, patsy...). That pretty much sums up my taste in music. somewhere quiet and laid back. Nothing serious, no stress just 2 new friends getting to know each other. Jeans and a drink hopefully sitting on a patio. Yep, that sounds about perfect to me.

Woman. 42 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.

Looking for: man. In age: 39-49

My friends say I have a very expressive face, and am an animated communicator. I like a good joke and can laugh at myself easily. I don’t take life seriously until it is called for. I love to laugh with - not at - people, although epic fail pictures are one of my guilty pleasures. I love a good action flick. There is just something so satisfying about someone getting their a** kicked and seeing things blow up.I love to play outdoors and am adventurous. I recently discovered caving and it has motivated me to take up climbing. I bike, go to the gym, and take care of my body because I want to get really old. I don't aim to be a hard body and you don't need to be either. I do want a partner who is healthy and active though and who wants someone to get old with too. I have an awesome core group of friends to share the good and bad times, a loving relationship with my adult daughter and new grandson, and am passionate about my work. I am just missing a partner to share in my good fortune. “Awesome is rarely achieved in your comfort zone.” Unknown“So?” Ajahn Chah I think a first date should be casual and unpressured. Coffee shop and a stroll.

Woman. 45 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.

Looking for: man. In age: 42-52

I'm a strong woman who would love to know a stronger man. I am gentle but not a pushover. I am loyal, honest, positive, and I have no baggage or drama. I like being active, sitting around doing nothing does not interest me, but I like quiet times. I love my job in the legal field and really love going to work each day. I have one son, age 13. I love live music (classic rock, blues, jazz). I tend to be a caretaker and would really like to meet a man who is strong in body and mind, someone stronger than I am. I don't need someone to take care of me, but it would be nice to know he COULD. I love to hike, but I am not intense about it. I love exploration of anything I want to know more about. I love reading and writing, and that is one of the best parts of my job. I also really enjoy hosting holiday parties, backyard bbqs, intimate gatherings. I'm a very passionate person, everything I do, I do with gusto. I'm starting to appreciate cooking after a lifetime of hating being in the kitchen. I also enjoy walking for exercise and have very recently discovered resistance training - but I am neither a fitness queen nor exercise fanatic, I just want to live longer and better.Humor is important to me. You don't need to be a comedian, but a good sense of the absurd, wry, or ridiculous is very appealing. I do a little stand up now and then...I can be raunchy or innocent! I enjoy life! Live music! I do like coffee...perhaps libations at a nice quiet place? Dinner, movie thing is ok but a little awkward. Let's loosen up a bit, don't you think?
