Good thing I have a sense of humor!! Back again because I believe in love :). I have a great life...I've experienced a lot in my life and I'm really happy but would love to have someone to share it with. I'm spontaneous and love getting out and really living life and sometimes I love staying home and watching movies all night. According to meetville, if I want to be successful, I should try this:1. My hobbies include exploring the outdoors including concerts, hiking, and paddleboarding. I also practice yoga and enjoy exploring new parts of the city.2. Goals and aspirations - this would be something for us to discuss on our first date!3. Everyone's unique and everyone's similar. Getting to know each other means we get to see where we overlap and where/if differences can be complementary.4. I still listen to hair metal. I just got a car and it came with a year of SiriusXM - HairNation is making me re-live my youth! I also listen to current pop. I know it's not OK to not like country in TX, so I'm trying. As a genre, I'm still not on board, but there are a few songs I like. :)Here's some more:I do research for a living so I read a lot. And edit. A. Lot. So textspeak (e.g., ru a fn gurrrl) even when texting, drives me nuts. It's probably my biggest pet peeve. I moved here from DC recently, but I've also lived in IN (grad school), VA (more grad school), and CA (my home state).- great weather, outdoor activities, and a constant influx of people from all walks of life who are looking for an adventure (and barbecue!). While the guy didn't last, the city left a lasting impression. I doubt I need another cross-country event to surpass that one, but something original that includes both of our interests is always a great place to start.
