Bonjour! Ma devise: un esprit saint dans un corps saint. Pétillante du matin jusqu'au soir, j'attire le positif à moi et je suis contagieuse. hihi Je ne comprends pas les gens marabous le matin. hihi Je m entraîne entre ***fois semaine au gym pour garder la forme. Ma nutrition me tient à coeur et oui j'adore la bouffe malsaine comme les fameux 3 "P". PAIN, PÂTE, PATATE sauf que j en abuse pas.
