I'm 24, living in DC. I'm pretty laid back but I tend to be loud and am pretty passionate about things. I've had a couple serious relationships and really want someone who's where I'm at. I have my goofy times but I want someone who can be serious. I have 5 tattoos only 2 of which are visible so I like a guy with ink but it's not mandatory.
