I am a very good hearted person who loves to be with those closest to me. I would help anyone- I'm the friend u call at 2am to come help, and I'll be there at the drop of a hat. I have my act and my life together. I have wonderful kids and a big heart. I am financially self-sufficient. I have long relationships and love big, sometimes life just doesn't work out the way you imagined. But that's ok, I am always looking ahead and at the bright side and all I have to be thankful for. I have always worked very hard, whether that is in school, work or life in general. I love to work out and want someone who enjoys that as well. I gravitate to intelligent, successful, FUNNY men- I love to laugh and be with someone engaging. Physical attraction is very important, but I can't have that with someone who isn't charming, no matter how good looking they are. I would rather have a relationship with someone with average looks and a killer personality. Money doesn't matter to me, but intelligence and drive do....as long as you live life to the fullest, use your talents and work hard I respect that. I'm pretty private, and I don't like to jump into anything. If you're calling me non stop and want some weekend get away first date, no thank you. I want to just make some friends and see where that goes. Very casual first date, like coffee or a drink. If it's meant to be, things will work out naturally. No pressure, I hate that!

Hello and welcome! As you might notice from some of my photos, I spend much of my free time outdoors, being in/on/by the water and camping (with all the accoutrements my SUV can hold). I'm definitely an outdoorsy, girlie girl.I also enjoy getting lost in the hilarity at comedy clubs, catching a flick on the big screen, going to ball games (I LOVE the junk food), live music on a patio somewhere, hiking, biking, kayaking (need to learn, actually), fairs/festivals and traveling, of course. Finding new/interesting places to spend the day/weekend is always a blast. Even though I do occasionally smoke, I would never do it around anyone it offends. It is a take it or leave it thing for me, but I wanted to be honest about it. I'm still trying to decide where it is I want to plant my roots, but for now I am spending some time with family who lives here. Honesty, intelligence, great communication skills and a varied sense of humor are the "usuals", and top o' my list. I am also attracted to people who are not the PC or GQ type. I love individuals who stray a bit from the norm and who are thoughtful, open and upfront, slightly adventurous, playful/silly, gentlemanly...I would like to find someone who enjoys being active (not hardcore), but who is also content to spend a rainy day inside watching movies together. Or, going out to play in it!I'm not looking to jump into something serious right away or too fast. I like to take things as they come naturally.I'm all for making the first move, just so you know, but I'm rarely on here searching profiles. I sympathize with the men who do make the first move and don't get any kind of response back. But, persistence pays!**********************************************************************************************************************************************************************If you click the "Meet Me" button, those notifications go to my spam folder, which I rarely check, and those that click it usually go by the photo alone, so it would be best to message me here, if interested in getting to know one another more. The options are limitless! But a first date probably should start simple (and escapable - har, har).Meeting for lunch or Happy Hour is a great start.
