Who am I and what am I seeking? Hmmmm...I'm an energetic optimist that's outgoing and friendly! I fit in with most circles, can find adventure in the mundane, typically have a smile on my face, laugh a lot, and have a passion for the arts. I like politics and lean way to the left, so I usually don't go for conservative men...or men that are in to guns.... or country music. Okay, I can give in to a bit of country music... But just a bit! ;-)I love the outdoors, especially all that the PNW has to offer, but you're most likely to find me in a hotel rather than camping. Beach bonfire, tho? I'm in! I love to travel and have been to many countries and most of the states, but at this point in my life, travel is just not an option. My kiddos need me... and I'll have plenty of time to travel when they're a bit older! I see a lot of live theatre and am always looking for someone to join me! From Shakespeare to Musicals, I adore the stage! Live comedy shows, live bands... I guess I prefer things live! But, I have my must see TV as well: True Blood, Homeland, Parenthood, Glee, and Downton Abbey. I love most movies! My all time favorite = Princess Bride!I've decided that I'm ready to look for that special someone. I've met a few great people on this site, but really want that connection. That person you can't wait to tell about your day (or night). I crave cuddles, kisses and a bit of romance in my life.... A true partnership.That said, I have a complicated life! I have three amazing kiddos that I adopted from foster care. They have health issues and it's not always easy for me to find free time, so I find myself being incredibly picky when it comes to men.     I'm a single mom of two awesome kids (my son is 13, my daughter is 11). I enjoy traveling as well but to be honest, with two kids, I don't get to do it as much as I like. Although having an airline pilot as a father allowed me to travel extensively as a child/young adult so I don't feel as though I'm missing anything for a few years.
