If there has been a hard lesson I've learned recently, it's that although sweet words, compliments, & affirmations are appreciated (& necessary) they do not mean anything unless you back them up with actions. I love myself, have self-respect and will not fall for a sweet talker again. I am amazing and one of kind, and I know it (not conceited-CONFIDENT)...
