If you are interested in developing a mature relationship, then I am probably your type. My first date would start with a glass of wine and some conversation. I honestly believe that you will know within the first ten minutes of meeting someone if there is a potential for a relationship. I don't feel compelled to sit through a miserable dinner if the connection isn't there. Assuming the connection is there, it would proceed to a nice dinner and then perhaps some dancing or a movie. If the first date goes well, you will have to take the lead and come up with something creative to do on the second date . . . i.e. more creative than dinner and a movie.
