I am divorced 5 years with two children (son 13 and daughter ***that are the joy of my life. If I had to describe myself, I would say that I am intelligent, fun, caring almost to a fault, sensitive, romantic, artistic and with a bit of harmless sarcasm. I LOVE romance. I rode horses professionally all over the country for 25 years and loved it. I've learned to love watching football since my son started playing almost 7 years ago. I didn't know what I was missing! I've worked out my entire life, mainly due to my former profession, and I still carve out about an hour and a half everyday to run and workout--don't feel right if I don't do it. I enjoy the benefits of staying fit. I enjoy working in the yard, watching my son's sports activities and anything outdoors. My life is pretty normal and and I'm looking for someone to share it with. There is plenty of room for someone special. My daughter is 18 and in college on full scholarship. My son is 13 and plays just about every sport (FOOTBALL season is finally here AGAIN!) so I spend a lot of time in my lawn chair watching games/practices and I thoroughly enjoy it. I admit, I probably spend more of the game talking than watching (except, of course, when my son is playing) And for you football fanatics, my son is a starter both sides full back and linebacker. I am looking for someone that appreciates and notices the little things that make a difference in a friendship first, then maybe more. I'm quite romantic and affectionate and am looking for the same. I'd like to meet a genuine, honest, fun person who will let me be a "real woman" because I sooo love being a girl. I am also very independent and am not looking for a relationship to define my being. To tell u about me in a few words is hard but I'll try to sum it up in a few. I'm a Christian lady that is very active in my church. I love God and have very strong faith. I was with my ex husband for 23 years....married 20 of those. I am a huge sports nut. I am not about hookups, hanging out, late night booty calls or anything remotely associated. I'm seeking a true Christian partner in life. I love dining out (Italian and Mexican), going to movies, the theater, karaoke, dancing, traveling, the beach, tailgating at LSU, camping, fishing, boat riding, or just sitting home doing things as a family.
