Love that boys are so easy & drama-free! Cook them their favorite meals, cheer them on on the field & run them to Gamestop every now & then & that's boys in a nutshell :-) I'm looking for someone who at first just makes me laugh and then spend time getting to know each other.;-) I'm not into serial dating. Also not the smothering type but I am faithful, love to cook & am an excellent listener. I want to laugh everyday and always want to have something to look forward to on the calendar. I haven't quite figured out this dating thing yet - mainly because last time I "dated" it was ***and I was in college with a pretty active social life. These days I've traded in my social life for chauffeuring my kids around for theirs - but that's ok because these years fly by so I'll cherish them while I can.If you don't like silliness, ball-busting, holding hands in public, U2, sweet nothings, drives with destination unknown or rock concerts I'm probably not your girl. And if you like country music, hunting, smoking or need every moment of your day planned out in advance then it's safe to say we're not a "love" connection. But party on & thanks for reading this far! :-) a drink at a local pub to take the edge off or a simple coffee at Mocha Lisa's.... If you make me laugh (not because of the way you're dressed) we'll be off to a great start;-)

I like to live and that encompasses alot. I am driven, ambitious, and career-oriented but what does all of that mean if you can't share it with someone? I like to cook and entertain for my friends, I'm kind of a social animal...but when being such an extrovert drains me, I appreciate where a great book can take me, or sitting down to write my own book or article. I'm active, not climbing Kilimanjaro active or plunging to the depths of the ocean, but I stay busy....gym, out with friends, hiking with dog, playing tennis (like a drug to me), golf (frustrating), catching up with a friend, reminding someone that you care about them, listening to my friends, laughing (alot). I enjoy the outdoors, so would be nice if you did too, hiking, kayaking, exploring, etc. Be adventurous...take off for a weekend of fun once we get to know each other, go outside the box. I need someone who can stimulate me intellectually, but has a sense of humor.... I also love to play Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, chess, or backgammon...it can be fun with the right person. I'm ready for some fun, no drama or games, and finding someone that I click with and just see where it leads, no expectations, but realistic communication. You would think that would be easy but it's not. Just a meet and greet over coffee/tea to see if there is a spark or interest in making another date.
