I'm a hard working, educated, single mom who is far from perfect, slightly OCD and at times talks entirely too much. I believe in total honesty at any cost and won't settle for anything less....and that goes both ways as I'm brutally honest, occasionally to a fault. I am optimistic, goal-oriented, have morals & values, and am very giving, usually more so than I should be.If you're rude, crude, crass or have a vocabulary that primarily consists of four-letter words, feel free to stop reading now.Being able to communicate is an absolute requirement. If you can't say what's on your mind or listen to what others have to say, sorry, I'm not interested. If you're tall, educated, employed, family-oriented, loyal, trustworthy, have a sense of humor, don't do drugs, aren't an alcoholic and above all else, are honest & sincere, I just might be interested.I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve so I am extremely picky and selective with whom I choose to talk to. I just don't have any intention of wasting my time or anyone else's.My favorite thing to do is hang out/play with my kids but I'm also a sports fanatic, frequently attend Saints, Hornets (Pelicans) & Zephyrs games, enjoy watching movies, love to cook, live a pretty healthy lifestyle and love listening to music. I have very little interest in the nightclub or bar scene with the exceptions of shooting pool or throwing darts at a sports bar or listening to a local band play.I'm also into just about anything having to do with arts (painting, sketching, ceramics, theater, plays, ballets, etc. ). I'm a total karaoke junkie but don't ask me to sing at a bar. I'll sing with friends or family but don't quite have the nerve to do it in front of strangers...and yes, I can sing!!! I'm a long time fan of drag racing. Outlaw ProMod is my poison. There's nothing better than hearing the roaring engines and smelling burnt rubber. ***mile, ***mph in 3.68 seconds...total adrenaline rush! ;)I do have a few tattoos, which are not only tasteful but in locations that are acceptable for a professional business environment or not visible at all unless shown. I plan to get a few more in the near future but they will be added to my "hidden" collection of ink. Though I love my ink, I love my career more, so much so that I'll be returning to school to get my degree in Mechanical Engineering after the first of the year. :o)If you've read this far, I'm impressed.
