About Me

Hi,I thought that I would give this online thing a shot and see what happens. I don’t think that it matters how or where you meet someone, and I have found that I am not meeting the right guys the "normal" way. Before I tell you about myself; I can see that this site makes it extremely easy to meet a lot of people. I mean there is a box you can check for intimate encounter for goodness sakes… and I’m not interested in games like that. Anyone looking to get some action, I’m not your girl!So what am I looking for? I am looking to have some actually conversations, and see where it goes from there. I think that this is a good site to develop a friendship that can possibly turn into more. I tend to like guys that are taller than me (I do have some heels that I like to bring out on occasion lol), you must be doing something with your life (going to school, got a job, or working toward some goal), and I want you to just be who you are.Now about me. Growing up my extra-curricular activities included: volleyball, basketball, badminton, and 4-H. I am currently a student at the University of Lethbridge, but I will be finishing up my degree and graduating in December. This will be my second post secondary graduation; I strive to get good grades, and I am involved with a couple of clubs on campus. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and my cat Diesel.I like to be active, and try to get some exercise (jogging outdoors, or aquafit) at least a couple of time a week. My favorite weekend activities include: hanging out with friends, spending time outdoors (even if it is just working on my lack of tan), going out for some drinks and dancing at a club, or staying in to watch a good movie. Judging from my movie collection you would think that I am the chick flick queen, but I also like action and some humor movies (I hate horror and scary movies!). My tastes in music range from R&B/pop to country. I am definitely no chef, but I do enjoy most foods. My aspirations as of right now are to finish my degree, find a job that I love, and travel the world trip by trip.Well that is probably enough about me, now I want to hear about you!     I am 21 years old with a 2 year old boy and a 5 year old girl who I have adopted and been there for for 4 years! You wanna know more about that then ask but she does not live with me only my son does! I enjoy country music, pop, hip hop, and really anything even kids music (duh i have kids lol). I love to help people and will try my best any way i can, when i was in high school i used to donate my time to the special needs kids.I enjoy going to the park with my kids, going for walks, swimming, singing, hanging out, having the odd beer, i like to get messy sometimes and ill play in the dirt and mud with my son. i love going 4x4ing even know i dont drive guess you could say im not a prissy girl I enjoy some guy things too! MY goal is to be the best mom i can be to my kids and get healed from my injuries from my car accident, i would really like to go back to school and get my degree in teaching with special needs or being a teachers aid or being a youth Councillor! i love to help the special needs... nothing better (besides my kids) is when you helping a special needs kid in school and they get what your talking about that little light bulb going off in their head its an amazing feeling. i have a bit of an additude and i dont take sh*tfrom no one! I hope to meet someone with some of the same interests but not excatly like me, id like to meet someone with kids but if you dont have kids thats fine to just understand how much time it takes to raise children. I want to find someone adventurist and likes to do fun things, someone who will except my kids and never want me to put them before my kids. Hope to hear form you soon!!
