I am an avid road cyclist, love running, hiking, yoga, weight training and salsa dancing. I've just returned from a gap year and a half where I explored 14 countries and cultures so completely different from America. I am experiencing a bit of a culture shock while appreciating the comforts of home. I believe happiness comes from treating others with love and kindness.
