Currently, I work in the Marketing and Advertising field and I enjoy what I do. I still have the satisfaction of learning something new everyday, which keeps me coming back for more. A great first date could be anything from trying a new restaurant downtown, to an activity that takes us outdoors. Sporting events are great, as well - I mean, hockey season is here!

I love boating and being on the water when I have the chance (float trips are one of the best things in life!). I have toyed with the idea of going to law school or getting involved in local government. I'm really laid back and easy going and up for anything adventurous whether it be a Tuesday or a Saturday. I can be a homebody when I want to be, but more often than not, I try to keep myself busy. I would really like to meet someone who is up for the challenge of true and meaningful discussions, but can keep a sense of humor about it even when we disagree.I am a smoker. I have no plans on quitting any time soon. Fair warning. First dates are tricky because they are awkward, let's be honest. For this reason, I like first dates that don't require being alone together in a space (i.e. a table at a restaurant, in a movie theater). A date during the day is also good because it makes the end of the date easier when there is less pressure. Some examples of a good day date not in a confined space are music festivals, baseball games (or any other sport), art exhibits...you get the idea!
