Sense of humor and upbeat - there are so many things to laugh about and enjoy in life. I keep a good balance of physical activity, mental stimulation, and relaxation in my life. I enjoy running, biking, walking, etc.-marathons, participated in a triathlon, and ridden in several long-distance bike "tours".
