I'm looking for someone to share my life with. I've never been married and have no children (pretty much baggage and drama free). :-) I have 9 AMAZING nieces and nephews who mean the world to me... so family must be important to you. I give 110% to my relationships and I want the same in return (I'm very low maintenance, just LOVE to have a good time). I am independent and believe each person in a relationship should have their quality time together as well as their personal time with their own friends. I would make a fabulous step-mother, as long as everything is a good fit in the relationship. I love to travel and the beach is my favorite place, although I love the mountains too. I enjoy the outdoors and love camping. I like going out or just making dinner at home and watching a movie. Football, hockey and will even watch college basketball during March Madness (I especially love tailgating and live sporting events). I want someone who will communicate, treat me with respect and have my back, as I will always have theirs. I'm currently working hard at getting healthy and have been very focused on that. It would be nice to find someone who would like to do this along with me, but if not, that's okay too!! :-) I will try anything once and love spontaneity. FYI... a huge turn off for me is sex being mentioned on the first couple dates. I prefer to take things slow and develop a relationship before moving any further. I'm looking for the real thing. So, if you're looking for a hook up, I'm not the one for you. My ideal first date would be a simple, low-key dinner and a nice walk. A drink somewhere? An outdoor concert??? I'm up for just about anything!

    Writing about myself is difficult. Everyone has a different perception about various words, so it is difficult to properly describe myself. I have followed my dreams and gone back to college. I have seen Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Van Halen, and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in concert within the past 10 years. Well you can pretty much see that my taste in music is varied from country, classic rock, some classical, and some of the hip hop. I look forward to making new friends and seeing where this takes me. Do you want the romantic or cheesy definition of a first date? Seriously though I am game for most things. I want to get to know you so dinner and a walk would be nice. If we decide to go out, this can be discussed at that time.
