I have been fortunate to live and work abroad, working for 2 years as a Methodology Advisor for the Ministry of Education in Zanzibar, Tanzania where I was able to fully immerse myself in the language and special challenges of the region. I have also spent a year leading cultural and environmental tours across ten different sub-Saharan countries, team- All these experiences have taught me how to be creative and adaptable in diverse environments.
