First, a disclaimer: I am looking for a "relationship"... and while I realize relationships don't form overnight, the intent is to find a compatible partner, NOT a one-night stand / friends with benefits. Also, please include a photo in your *** do not have any in your profile. Fair is fair.I am a laid-back, fun-loving kind of gal with a sarcastic sense of humor. I am looking for a partner in life, someone to walk beside me and share all life has to offer. I'm an avid reader and dream of one day having my own private library, complete with leather sofas and fireplace... Maybe even put my espresso machine in there and have my own Chapters / Starbucks combo! I find browsing for books at Chapters and having a fantastic coffee at Starbucks to be calming, soothing activities. Maybe that's weird, but it's me :) I love watching cooking shows, horror movies, and any tv show involving the supernatural / paranormal. Music speaks to my soul and I listen to it all, rock, hip hop, even a little country now and then! And I absolutely love concerts!! I'm not much for the bar/club scene anymore, but don't mind the occasional foray.I'm also really interested in traveling more often;; many US states, but there is so much more to discover both at home and abroad. Now a bit about you! Non-smoker, no drugs, only a social drinker. Must like pets and girls with tattoos ;) Family oriented, sense of humor, likes living in the city. Interested in travel, having a family, enjoying exploring all that life has to offer. Something light hearted where we can chill & get to know each other, like a coffee shop. Why do something where we'll be paying more attention to the activity than the reason we came?

I tend to be a little shy when I first meet people but when that wears off I am told I am fun, a little sarcastic, relaxed, occasionally silly, warm and enjoyable to be around.I enjoy painting, skiing, sledding, kayaking, camping, horse back riding, hanging out with my kids, watching movies, backyard bbqs.I am not good at writing about myself, but anything you want to know ask away...

Not entirely sure this site is the right fit, but I'm not a quitter. :)Hmmm... well apparently meetville has deemed it beneficial to follow the strict topics mentioned, so I'll give it a shot. *lol*Hobbies: Writing, drawing, painting, reading, watching movies, hiking, useless trivia, swimming, photography, tattoos, trying to communicate telepathically with sea creatures... I'm pretty open when it comes to hobbies. HeheheGoals & Aspirations: Really, I'm kind of a "see where life takes you" kind of gal. I would ultimately like to start dating & see where it takes us... though it would be a bonus to find that special connection which leads to a relationship. What makes me unique: Secretly I run a fight club, but the first rule is that we don't talk about it. Wait... crap. Seriously though, I have a pretty unique sense of humour - as you may have noticed. *lol* Other than that, well - I'm fairly s-m-r-t & not afraid to show it, I love me a good horror flick (though I'm not terribly into a lot of the "; being shoved down audiences throats these days), I prefer an actual physical book to those technological terrors I see most people reading, plus lots more! If you have any questions, feel free to ask - I don't offend easily. *lol* Some of my current favourites include (but are not limited to): H.I.M... *hehehe*Oh, and I guess I should mention... I value honesty above almost everything. I'm an open person & expect the same in a partner. That being said, I do indulge in some 4:20 time every now & again - I don't mind if you don't, but please respect the fact that I do. :) A first date... well, I think that a first date should be doing something, or going somewhere where we can actually talk & get to know one another. Movies, theatre, concerts, or anywhere else that talking is generally hushed is probably better for later on. :) I am a bit old fashioned in this aspect though; I still believe that men should ask women out, hold the door, maybe some flowers... come on guys, the sexual revolution didn't kill romance, it just made it tougher for those of us who still crave it. *lol*
