I base my life on loyalty, sincerity and morals! Hate stupidity and lies. Expect the same from my partner. My partner should be faithful, trustful, and sweet! I'm looking for a long term relationship and nothing less!

I thought I should stay single for a bit so I did and I def don't like it, I'm straight up girlfriend material. So I'll just be freakin honest, I haven't met one guy off this site that didn't turn out to be a total douche. Whether in the beginning or months down the road. I am about at the cancel this crap stage of my dating life. I would like some time to actually think about what I want to say here, I am pretty freakin awesome and fun to be around though! I will tell you this, I will not tolerate pill problems, multiple DUI'S, baby momma drama, unemployed and lazy, liars, cheaters and still befriending/texting and talking to your ex! Oh and once in a while girls deserve flowers, special dates or little notes! Please don't take this the wrong way but if your 35lbs + over weight, balding, in and out of jail etc please do not waste my time. I'm a lady and deserved to be treated like one. I don't need a man to spend large amounts of money on me, or take me to expensive restaurants all the time or lavish me with gifts but It would be nice to receive flowers at least once just because you wanted to make me smile. It's never happened before :o( I deserve respect and will give it in return. I'm not sure why I'm even on here, truth is just got out of a relationship with a guy who never actually loved me, that couldn't mentally handle me, whatever that means...I'm having a hard time believing all guys aren't the same, and that maybe just maybe there is someone out there for me. I'm not big for Starbucks meet and greet dates or walks in the park, I'm a 31 year old adult. I'd like to do something kick ass and fun....I'm not saying we have to hold up a bank just yet but a few drinks and some playful banter and I'll be just peachy. I am an awesome freakin chick, your insecurities will not become mine!

Before I say anything, let me just say: make me laugh and I'm yours. I strive to find a man that can keep me entertained in that regard. Ok, here goes:My self-summary:Self-professed nerd with a heart of gold. Ok, maybe not solid gold, but would you believe gold plated? I'm typically very honest and up front about everything. I don't like keeping things inside; that's what my body parts are for :)Originally from So Cal, I like to laugh and learn and love and am doing my best to just enjoy life, despite crap that may get thrown my way. What I’m doing with my life:Livin' it! I don't know how to answer this one. Ummmm, well I'm trying to enjoy my life? Does that work? Are they asking for a five year plan here, or what?I’m really good at:Making people laugh. And laughing. Oh yeah, and graphic/web design. But mostly the laughing part.Work-wise, I am a freelance graphic & web designer with a marketing background that specializes in software user interface design. The economy has made it more difficult to keep the "freelance" aspect of my work as steady as it has been at its height, but I have been laid off from enough liquidating dot-com companies to realize that I have no desire to work for "the man" that has no vested interest in me. Being self-employed has allowed me to work on my self-discipline as well as allowed me to teach myself new aspects of my business I wouldn't have learned as an employee elsewhere. The one part of sole-proprietorship I will never like and never get used to is collections. I hate making collection calls; I wish everyone would just pay for the work they commissioned :(Anyway! Enough about my work! I like what I do, but this is not something that I focus on all the time. I AM able to separate business from pleasure. The first things people usually notice about me:I'm tall, and I smile a lot. Other than that, you'll have to ask them.Music: Arcade Fire, Sia, Massive Attack, Radiohead, Rachael Yamagata, Air, Adele, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Blonde Redhead, Death Cab for Cutie, Goldfrapp, DJ Shadow, Junkie XL, Beastie Boys, Pogo, Ulrich Schnauss, The Flaming Lips, Frédé I pretty much like everything except country and heavy metal. 1, Star Wars (older episodes only - (Mostly everything else I read is online. I can't help it, I'm of the digital age and have a short attention span, so news sites and blogs are what I'm about at the moment. Oh, and please PLEASE don't *** you liked Atlas Shrugged. Please. Just. Don't. Do. It. Okay?Food: Sushi, a great steak, Thai food... and I'm good with pretty much everything else except Indian food and super spicy foods. The six things I could never do without:-laughter-my supportive and loving family-;-my laptop/phone/technology in general-great sex-- not having a car makes getting around difficult. But after THAT then I like to go out. Nothing crazy, but drinks with friends or a dinner out is always fun. I am also not averse to a night at home with a good movie and/or good company. I'm easy when it comes to these things.I’m looking for:Ages ***Near me (I'm serious.)Who are singleFor long-term datingYou should message me if:-You found humor in this profile.-You think you might like to know more about me.-You are going to space and need a cool nerd-girl to accompany you.A few other things:-I've come to the realization that I am an extremely affectionate person, and need someone equally as affectionate for a mate. It works out best for both parties, trust me.-I prefer passionate/aggressive men that know when to be tender. I said "aggressive men", not "***holes". Know the difference.-Chivalry is a huge turn on. Huge. Many a points are scored when my date is chivalrous.- I'm tall and I'm curvy and I love how I look, and if you don't feel the same about me, then good luck finding someone willing to put up with your superficiality. I'm a healthy human being and am not interested in being judged by the likes of you or anyone else for that matter.-Also, please don't message me if you are extremely religious or a Republican because I can tell you right now that it will not work out between us. Trust me, I've tried.***Oh yes, and one other thing... I'm starting to come to the unfortunate conclusion that the majority of men on here are either complete trolls or totally full of shit. I hate to burst your bubble, boys, but I'm not interested in a one night stand, and I'm not looking for some ***hole that thinks it's fun to try (operative word being "try") to take advantage of a nice girl. I realize I live in La La Land, but I have no interest in playing these ridiculous mind games boys seem to love playing. I am a real person and would appreciate being treated with respect. If that doesn't sound like your cup of tea, then feel free to move on to the next one, mmkay? Ideally drinks out or a somewhat quiet dinner somewhere quaint. I don't think that going to a movie or a concert on a first date is ideal. I'd like to get to know you, and don't think I can in such a loud setting. Also, I don't think that getting coffee is a good first date, either. I've been on a few of those and walked away feeling like I had been on an interview, not on a first date.
