You might say I am a little complicated; I like to think I am just interesting to talk to. I love experiencing new things and I love traveling to new places.Where to start? Well, I am currently a nursing student. I have always had a passion for helping people and get such joy out of making others smile. I also have a passion for the arts. I was working on my Bachelors in photography prior to receiving my acceptance letter to nursing school. I guess it is my way of stimulating both my left and right brain. While nursing has been my passion for quite some time, art has been a constant in my life. I started my own wedding photography business when I was 22 and while I still take on a few jobs here and there, it has been put on the back burner for the moment. Don't get me wrong, I still love capturing life's moments more than anything, it just hasn't been my number one priority for the past few months.I am a single mom, and my daughter is the most important thing in my life. I do have an amazing support system that allows me the freedom to be me and have time to be young and single, but at the end of the night she is who I am going home to. To explain what you are looking for is such a complicated question. I have always been drawn to people who make me laugh and are easy going. I am a bit of a planner, so I've found that a man that goes with the flow tends to suit me best. I am attracted to men who know what they want in life and strive for it. I have always been independent and driven, so I love an individual who has a similar outlook. One of my biggest passions, besides art, is wine. I grew up in a French household and I'll admit that both of my parents are wine connoisseurs. I have been learning about and tasting wine since I was 12 years old. While it definitely is not a deal breaker, a fellow wine appreciator would earn major brownie points. Although wine has been a significant part of my adult life, I have recently become enamored with beer. The tasting notes and profiles are very similar to wine and it has been an exciting journey learning about craft beer over the past year.

I am a down to earth, low key kind of girl; simple, trustworthy, loyal and easy going. I am not high maintenance at all...and appreciate the little things in life.I think of myself as someone who is really shy, and I am...really shy, but it doesn't last forever. I blush and get weak in the knees and my brain kind of shuts down and I might say things I shouldn't say when I'm nervous...I gotta work on my game. My friends would tell you I'm 'the good girl' and I am...but I hate when people use it against me. I can be a bit fiesty, smart ass and sarcastic. There are just some movies that you have to see on the big screen, like The Dark Knight Rises...or Iron Man 3. Big heroes need big screens. I read from now and then... I really enjoy being outdoors and don't mind getting dirty- love hiking or wondering the trails in the mountains looking for wildflowers, waterfalls and wildlife; camping, riding dirtbikes, kayaking and want to learn how to paddle board! Occasionally I like to get a little dressed up, sparkle and dance...but I'm just not into the going to the clubs/bars scene. I like to keep it simple and hang out with good people.My itunes playlists are so random, you might think I'm crazy. Go to a concert and drink and dance with me and you'll have my heart. I love music. I love ROCK music. classic rock, punk rock, alternative rock, country, top 40, pop/rock...sometimes a little hip hop, shake that booty. I have a weakness for trying to get as close as I can to the stage. I spoil myself with expensive concert tickets. I'll rock either a huge mainstream sold out tour in an arena, or a tiny hole in the wall venue. I graduated from SDSU with my Bachelors in Art and Graphic Design...I miss being a student, and learning as much about whatever I could. I really value my education and I will silently judge your grammar.What am I looking for? I want to find my other half...my best friend...my go-to...my person. Someone to do everything with and someone to miss when we're apart. My parents just celebrated their 31st anniversary, and my grandparents just celebrated their 67th anniversary...I want that forever kind of love...old fashioned and romantic. I want to go to the movies, the drive-in, baseball games, football games, the Supercross, the Zoo, that new Brewery that just opened, a museum, concerts, drive to the mountains, Disneyland, silly holiday activitives, happy hour for the big game or happy hour at that one place we love-just because. I love being a tourist in my own city. I want date nights! Someone to make me smile whenever the tiniest, most random thing I see reminds me of them. Somene to want to stay home and scroll through OnDemand to pick a movie to watch on the couch and just be together and relax. Someone to go on Photography adventures with me...experiment and challenge me. I love going to the gym...let's go after work together. Let's sit and waste time together sharing funny YouTube videos or watching music videos...I love music videos! I want to find someone to sing to and along with in the car. Basically, these days when something fun comes up...it's always with my family or friends who are couples and it's getting awfully lonely... Someone to hug and sway back and forth with during the slow songs at a concert, and someone who has my back in the mosh pit! Someone to wake up and go hiking with and then off for mimosas or bloody mary's on the weekends! Someone to have fun with and make our own memories :) I like the idea of something fun and interactive...shows some personality! Something that keeps us busy...like miniature golf or the batting cages, walking around Balboa Park and stopping into a museum or two...or walking along the beach. A lot of people say 'meet for coffee'...but, honestly...the idea of getting coffee and having the only thing to do is sit there and talk-intimidates me.
