I have an amazing family, awesome friends, a successful career and a really great life overall – only one thing missing =)I work really hard during the week so outside of that I try to enjoy life as much as possible. A good balance of relaxing, being adventurous and having fun works for me. When I’m in the mood to relax, I’m usually hanging out at the park, staying in with a good book or movie or having a laid back dinner with friends. When I’m in the mood for some fun, I like to explore different neighborhoods, go out for drinks or just try something new. There are so many fun things to do in the city and my goal is to experience them all! I enjoy playing sports and will do anything as long as it's outside. I love to travel and take short weekend getaways too. I also like to get out to LI where my family is as often as I can – there’s nothing like being home.I think I've experienced enough in life and in relationships to be sure of what I'm looking for. I appreciate people who are good-natured, open-minded, reliable, laid back but hard-working, have a sense of humor and know how to have fun. I'm a very honest and straight-forward person so I really appreciate that in others as well. I've learned that chemistry is very important in connections and it's either there or it's not.     The past year has been interesting for me and I'm ready to get back into the dating scene. I just resigned from my position in technology with the schools to work as an analyst at the State Dept. I'm excited for the change. I feel like a few positive changes in my life have me ready to take dating more seriously again.
