I'm a single mom of two great kids. I took time off from dating when my children were younger ( small children are quite time consuming ). I have concentrated on getting us where we need to be. We have settled into our first home and I know I am alright on my own. Now though I feel something is missing. I miss having someone to spend time with. I've been on a few dates, some good, some horrible lol. But I'm not giving up hope that my someone has to be out there :).     The past year has been interesting for me and I'm ready to get back into the dating scene. I just resigned from my position in technology with the schools to work as an analyst at the State Dept. I'm excited for the change. I feel like a few positive changes in my life have me ready to take dating more seriously again.
