Update: I have a LOT going on right now. Studying for midterms, a recent death in the family earlier this month, (October), has put a lot more stress in my life recently. It takes me awhile to process things, and I did not deal with my grief right away. Things are stressful at the moment, and I am really busy. I am normally an easygoing person, but things are weird right now. It may take awhile for me to get back to you, as I am not really in a great emotional space right now. Just being honest : )I am a very enthusiastic person. When I like someone, I get really optimistic, and excited about things. This does not mean I want to rush into some big commitment, because I don't. I am simply a passionate person, who cares about people and causes.I ALWAYS mean what I say, I just may not mean to say it out loud.I am not afraid to make mistakes because I learn from them, and grow as a person.Keeping things simple is my goal- I do not always achieve the goal.My life is going where I want it to go. Humor is a must! I love to laugh, and have a very deliberate, musical laugh. -Haha!I enjoy swimming, and doing things out of doors, equally, I enjoy staying in and snuggling up watching a good indie.I am a great mom most days, and that comes first, but I am more than willing to make time for dating with the right person. I have been doing pilates regularly, and I feel great! I try to consciously stay in the moment, and really feel grateful for my life.Random acts of kindness are necessary, and I like to involve myself in caring about others. I believe in karma. I think people should think more about God, carbon footprints, smiling, and metaphysics.Art is important. Laughing is important. Being a person of character is important.I really like people who are outside of the box, and not afraid to be who they are. I dislike pretense, and meanness. I find I am attracted to intelligent, dorky types. I think the most important quality a person can have is good communication skills, so I am working on mine. Nobody's perfect, but I think it is important to have long term goals, and take steps to improve. I understand that few will have what I am looking for, but I am confident that you are out there reading this. I desire something very real, very simple, and light-hearted.I get nervous around quiet people.I also enjoy playing board games. Beware!!! I won't let you win just to get on your good side- seriously I will most likely win, so please be enough of a man to lose gracefully : ) Let's go out, and do something fun, but not too loud- I want to get to know you. We could go bowling, play mini golf, or go skating. The batting cages would be really fun too! Pretty much anything at FunLand.

Isn't this always the hardest part? I love my job. I know it sounds cliché but it makes me happy to know that I can help people. When I'm not working, I tend to be a homebody, hanging out with my dog Sasha, who is more like my child than my pet, or spending time with my family in another part of the state. I enjoy movies and music of just about any kind, I love to read (my kindle is my best friend) and I aspire to be a great cook. I have literally hundreds of recipes that I'd like to try. I tend to be quiet and reserved until I get to know you, then I don't shut up. :) As my profile says, I really am a hopeless romantic and believe that romance and affection are very important parts of a good relationship. I'm really just looking for someone to share life with, an equal partner. Looks aren't as important to me (here I go with the clichés again), it's what's on the inside and how you treat someone that matters most. I tend to go for the traditional dinner and a movie on the first date, however something casual like coffee and conversation or bowling or putt-putt could be fun too!
