Describing myself isn't a talent, so I'm going to borrow some thoughts from friends. One of my best friends calls me "a straight man in a woman's body." He's not a straight man, so feel free to take that with a grain of salt. My other guy friends have said "its' like you're a guy but I want to sleep with you" and dubbed me "a solid chick." These all sound like compliments, right?"So why is she single," you're wondering. I ask myself that question, too. Well, probably the same reasons you are. Most of my friends are all coupled off, starting to have kids, etc (plus they live out in the suburbs and coming into the city is a project). This seemed like a way to expand my options.Yes, I am looking for a relationship. Do I think it's going to be easy? Definitely not. My life revolves around an abundance of athletic events. Part of my job is sideline coverage for local college and high school sports teams, which makes my schedule anything but your typical 9-5. I do, however, make time for people and things that are important to me. I'm not sure what else to tell you right now, so here's a little stream of consciousness. Most of my favorite things I know how to do were learned from my grandparents. I still love Scooby Doo. Anything special you want to know, just ask. Anywhere we can both relax, get to know one another, and have a good time. Going to a game or the batting cages or just strolling the city people watching could work. I'm also open to suggestions.
