I have a great career in which I work really hard at, though I am a huge advocate of balance and working to LIVE! Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible doing the things that I love and that I am passionate about. One of those things is music. I play the guitar and piano, and love any live music shows whether it be an open mic night, an outdoor concert or just listening to my guitar teacher play. I am also passionate about staying fit as I find that a daily hit of athletic induced endorphins keeps my head clear and healthy. I love the philosophy of Yoga and practice it regularly, I have completed two half marathons in the past two years, I absolutely love Whistler and snowboard as much as possible in the winter, and I have just gotten back into Volleyball. Travel is another thing that absolutely lights me up. I love feeling the pulse of new cities, experiencing new cultures and meeting new people. I hope to cross a few more countries off the list in the near future and I intend to keep travelling as long as I live.When it comes to downtime, I just as much love spending time at home (sleeping in, watching movies, cooking) as I do going out. I love food and wine and so really enjoy the fantastic restaurant scene in this city, and others. That said, I also love travelling within BC. Midnight swims, campfires, outrageous laughter, BBQ's and beaches with my best friends keep me young.Two other things worth mentioning - I love humour and animals.
