I'm happy with who I am! I feel blessed with eternal youth, both inside and out. I consider myself confident, self-assured,(maybe to a fault I've been told), open minded, intelligent, independent, and passionate. I prefer to handle anything that comes my way head on. I don't shy away from adversity. I welcome a challenge, it keeps life exciting! I guarantee I can make you smile, even laugh out loud. I've been told I have a vibrant personality, quick witted and have a great sense of humor, I'm definitely not shy. I also have a soft, gentle side; dependable, compassionate, honest and loyal to those in my life. Unfortunately people's perception of themselves is often not who they really are, but who they 'think" or "wish" they could be. As I've done my best to describe myself...I've actually used adjectives that have been used to describe me by others. My favorite "UNIQUE" Oh...I've also been called a "bi#ch" LOL, but not often!I was raised in NY...that may say a lot about me LOL.I'm an ex national athlete, hard work and dedication is in my blood. Of course I'm competitive, an attribute that has served me well. I've learned first hand what it takes to succeed and overcome the most difficult situations. When it comes to men, I don't have a "type". It will depend on your initial contact and photo. Creativity and sincerity sparks my interest, with a bit of humor that shows a side of your personality! Easy enough :) I have three adult children, they mean the world to me, but as each has ventured off to explore life for themselves, it's time for me to start my own adventure. I choose to live each day, laughing, living, and making memories. Now... I'm looking for that "unique" man that can share in all those memories yet to be made.     Hello,Well what do I say here. It's hard to talk about yourself in a paragraph. LolI'm a hard working individual with a head on my shoulders who dislikes being bored. That's not to say I don't enjoy a night sitting on the couch cuddling watching a good movie. Besides working in the health care industry, owning a very small business and coaching figure skating in the winter, I keep busy by doing many things like working, spending time with my son and rest of my family, going to concerts/live theatre, travelling, hanging out with friends, skating, swimming, going for long walks/bike rides, etc. My friends call me a "Susie Home Maker" cause I enjoy baking, trying new cooking recipes and gardening. I love all music except Rap, country being my first love. Working hard has given me everything I have and I want to find a man who has the same values I have, to share my life with. I'm at the point in my life, that I have a good job, a house, a car and a lovely son, the only thing I'm missing is that special someome. That is why I'm on meetville and hope that one day I might find my "" My goals are to work on my house, help my son grow up to be a great human being and go back to school (for what I'm not exactly sure but I have some ideas.)
