If you read what I had up here previously, it was pretty much the exact opposite of my personality. My partner and I were bored at work so we made joke profiles. I could write several paragraphs describing myself, but I'm sure when most people see the length of this section they'll just skip it, as I usually do if I'm just browsing through profiles. I have full custody of 3 kids who are with me >90% they aren't at school or daycare. The oldest and youngest are ADHD, and my middle one has some developmental delays/emotional issues. My kids are my life and I wouldn't change it for anything.3. I don't do clingy or dependent. I have a life and already take care of 3 kids ***animals). I'm not going to take care of you too. You're an adult, and should be able to take care of yourself.4. I'm an EMT, work ***hours a week in 4 days, and in the summer I pick up a few security gigs here and there. I also teach CPR.5. I lead my daughter's Girl Scout troop.6. I'm in school to continue on to get my paramedic certification.7. I have a dog and three cats, plus a fish. I love all animals and bugs don't bother me. In fact, snakes are cool and spiders get rid of flies. I just don't care for bees or wasps since I'm allergic to their stings. Oh yea, and mosquitos eat me alive and then I scratch the bite til it bleeds. :-P8. I'm a smartass. I have a twisted sense of humor but don't want to offend anyone with it at the same time. 9. I'm easy-going. I don't get worked up or stressed out over little things and I don't freak out. 10. I HATE DRAMA AND GAMES AND BULLSHIT. ***My life is free of all this. I plan on keeping it that way.11. My only marriage was abusive. I don't want pity or sympathy. It happened. Its over. I'm happy now and learned what I really want in a relationship from now on. In fact, I'm even happy I went through it because it taught me a lot about myself and relationships/marriage.12. I'm open-minded, respectful & tolerant of other's opinions, and expect the same in return. I enjoy conversations about anything, especially when we can express our views & opinions without getting offended or trying to change each other's minds about the subject.13. I'm a tomboy. I also dress up real nice too :)14. I'm not looking to get into a serious relationship right off the bat. I'm going to take my time to get to know you first. 15. I'm a very busy person. I'm not going to rush into things either. If you're really interested, you'll understand and have patience until I'm free to hang out or go on a date or whatever. 16. My ideal relationship is with someone who is independent and has their own life, can take care of themself, and doesn't require my opinion for every little thing. As children we always imagine what life will be like when we're all grown up. It rarely turns out that way, but in some ways that's a good thing. Life without some adventure would just be boring.I'm a writer and have been most of my life, which means my very nature makes me a wallflower, a sideliner. I've was the foundation and rock for so long I would love to find a life partner who would be a rock in the storm of life for me; someone willing to remind me life is meant to be lived. That life is supposed to be filled with love. I grew up with a wonderful imagination, one that helps daily; one that would have me daydreaming in class. I took risks and wound up with the broken bones and scars to prove it. Though it did make me become more cautious. So *** rock climbing I content myself with camping and hiking.I wasn't your average girl as a child and I'm still not as an adult. I am the black sheep of my family, something I take a dark type of pride in. I know, I'm weird.I don't like liars and can be stubborn.It took a lot of time but I love myself for who I am-faults and all-and refuse to have that taken from me.I don't have children other than my four legged ones (one dog and more than one cat). They keep me on my toes, literally. They either want to play, go for a walk or are lying across my keyboard so I can't work.I love books. I love for the written word it something I gained from my mother. I guess after a couple broken bones and several hundred stitches (not all at once) she wanted me to have my adventures in another way. That love has never left, even when I manage to go camping or go on vacation I always have several books with me.There are times when I like to be around people, mostly I'm a happy, shy homebody and content to simply be. But life is more than living on the sidelines as wallflowers like me tend to do; it's about being in the middle of the journey and being the center. I can fight, I need a knight willing to get off the horse and hand me an extra sword so we can take on the world as partners.(I don't currently have a car due to a car accident, hope to have it back soon!
