Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.?.... I believe this is the part that I am supposed to be witty and charming. I love adventure as much as I love being around the house. I have a passion for travel, cooking, being active and outdoors. I work out and am working very hard to go into my older years hanging on to that ?you can?t be in your 50?s? look. That does not mean I am vane, it just means I try to live a healthy lifestyle. I am super active and love the outdoors... This last year has been pretty exciting, I feel like I have grown up so much, became very grounded. Physically and mentally! Seems kind of odd to say that at 52 but it is so true. We are never too old to change into who and what we want to be. I am a mom to 2 fine young men that I'm very proud of. Now that my boys are older it has been a real transition getting to do a few things that are not "kid orientated". My sons are such a big part of my life, it is just the dynamics change as they get on with the next chapter of theirs. Now that I am playing my back 9, it is time to really do all the things I have dreamed of doing that I have not already done. It would be nice to have that person that one wants to grow old with to do those things with. I know you must have a list of things you would love to do too!I have been blessed with a wonderful career that allows me the freedom to work from any place I would like. I'm not into drama or games period! I am very clear on who I am, what I want and the importance of confidence, honesty, core values and flexibility. I am just me and as we all would like to think, we are that special me for that special someone! I am not into the bar scene at all! I do not drink, do drugs or smoke or find hanging out in a night club to be a good time! I think there are much better things to do with our time and our bodies.... It's a bit difficult to take a 3 dimensional life and put it in the 2 dimensional words of a profile. The best way to find out how simplistic or complex an individual is would be by getting to form your own opinion. Nothing I write will change what that face to face experience will offer. About the one I'm looking for... I am looking for someone who can rock a great pair of jeans as well as be dynamic in a suit or relax in sweats. Someone who is sound, honest and passionate and has a solid relationship with god. did I happen to mention emotionally available? And, have a great sense of humor! Have you learned and let go from your previous relationships? I sure would hope at this age we all have! Someone who believes that true love still exists.... Are you someone who is not into serial dating or just looking for a quickie? If you are looking for someone who is perfect, I am not it... I am 5' 9" and super curvy and just a regular gal! Most men hang around me cause they find that I’m just so bloody entertaining. It is not something I strive for but just happens. :-) Friends consider me a low drama, fun-loving, happy person but I want to have someone in my life who’s fun and can make me laugh.’m renovating a house but still want to get dressed up for dinner and/or dancing. I will throw on a pr of shorts or jeans and listening to live music anywhere.Be forewarned, I also wear dresses and heels. :-)I love to visit new places and I'm fairly adventurous. March ***I spent 10 days in Japan (Kyoto and Tokyo) on my own for the most part. I do not know Japanese or Kunji but I did go spurred on by cheap air fare and a desire to experience that country's history and culture. Had a total blast. Planning to go to Vietnam sometime December ***. I want a partner - someone that I can talk with about work/life/ideas and travel the world with. Communication is very important to me and I want to hear your stories/life experiences. I want a friendship that grows into a mutual support society: we each encourage and bring out the best in each other. I care deeply about the people in my life and I feel it's important to maintain current friendships and interests. Here it is:- A good heart and a kind soul- Must have empathy towards others- A gentle to wicked sense of humor- A foodie who enjoys new food and considers sushi to be divine *** just bait- Believes it is good to be a carnivore and that some of the best food comes from dives and food trailers- Will talk about at least 4 other topics for fun in addition to work, sports, and politics - Believes learning your whole life is the only way to go- Passport should probably be current- Will go off the beaten track to experience or see something cool/weird/wonderful- Must be a good kisser when the time is appropriate - Self supporting and can take care of personal financial obligations- Should know how to do home repairs or call appropriate people - Can handle being around a high energy extravert (that's me) who is liberal politically, moderate fiscally and has never voted republican (but ok with opinions different than my own).So I'm tall, blond, curvy, bright, and logical (that whole engineer thing) woman who wants a strong man I can lean on. And yes I want honest to goodness jump for joy feel to your toes romance. If this sounds interesting then we should talk.
