I'm a very easy going woman whose not into drama or arguing. Lifes to short for that! I'm not into playing games, which to me falls in the category of drama and people end up getting hurt. The main things I look for in a relationship is honesty, respect and openess. I enjoy spoiling the man in my life.I'm looking for someone that I can spend time getting to know and see where it goes from there. I like where I am in life so I'm not in any rush. I believe that for a true relationship to form you have to become best friends first. As you go through the different stages of friendship the rest starts falling into place. If it's meant to grow into true love it will.I like to plan fun and surprising date nights on occassion. Drop little hints all day so the excitement of being together builds up and both of us are anticipating the evening ahead. And yes I believe in old fashion romance. Do you?One of my favorite things to do after a couple of dates is set and talk to someone and really get to know them. If you really listen you can learn so much about a person and it can open all kinds of doors. I'd like to find a place where it's quiet enough that two people can talk and get acquainted. And then maybe go dancing after that.

Here's a quote from a book (fiction) I read, where the main characters, friends, a man and woman, are talking about love.I think this is hilarious and true - but it's not about settling! It's about realizing that true happiness comes from within yourself and if you find someone who gets you and accepts you, understands that the idea of perfection is fleeting, is happy with themselves, and is willing to fork over that "buck", well then......things could really happen.Me: One small tat - a symbol by an alchemist in the ***'s. Sometimes I snort when I laugh really really really hard, which in turn makes me laugh harder :-) I sometimes think if I set foot in a church I may burst into flames - the feeling is the woods/nature is my church. I do not believe in any deities. I let those in a hurry pass me - we usually end up at the same red light anyway. My friends usually just shake their heads at me when strange things come out of my brain through my mouth - then they tell me they love me :-) I am good friends with my son ***and his friends always welcome me to hang with them - they marvel at the difference between their parents and me. I am a bookworm too and when I travel I have to see the local library - even if I don't go in. I sometimes spend way too much time listening to music and am surprised when I see that hours have past - there are so many good tunes out there. I wear black in some form or other everyday - it's not a statement really; it's just easy. Resale is my main supplier of fashion. I'm not much into "stuff" - the belief of impermanence and change has altered my way of thinking and living. However, Birkenstocks are my fashion expense - oy! my achin' dogs.Hey. Just write if you want to know more! Some sort of libation and jibber jabber is cool.
