About Me

I am a people person who can be happy in a crowd or a quiet evening at home.I have my priorities in life in order; my faith, my family and my friends !! Being there for others is important to me.I have two adult daughters, a gr-son and a gr-daughter who rock my world... I'm not a sit at home propped up in front of the boob tube kinda girl but I've gotta watch my O's, if not live at the Yard then on screen.The Ravens rock but ... baseball is my fav !! I not only watch baseball, I can hit :-)I enjoy a little one on one (basketball) and my tennis rackets are crying for play time. I enjoy music, concerts, bands at local pubs, and cheering on the Ravens and Orioles with others at a sports bar but I'm not a bar fly. I enjoy shooting pool.I enjoy wine festivals but I'm a light-weight and respect my limit!!I like to eat healthy and I'm big on natural. I do not eat hot dogs, not even at the ball park!!I belong to a great gym and work out but I'm not a gym rat. Balance - a life in balance, that's me. I also belong to an outdoor hiking/adventure group.Being on the water, boating, jet skiing, snorkeling, soaking up the sun or hiking, long walks exploring, a run during a downpour all work for me. I don't live on the water currently but its great having family and friends that do ;-)Warm weather beats out cold any day but a snow ball battle can be fun especially if its only one day and then you pack and head somewhere warm and sunny, sorry just dreaming out loud. I'm looking for a man who is positive more often than negative, caring but not controlling, man enough to let me be me, kind enough to not expect perfection ***but worthy of my best, strong enough to stand against the wind and wise enough to love God. I'm not a bible thumper and am not perfect (ha, don't repeat that okay?) but if you want to get to know me you gotta have the basics down. One additional thought to share, I chose "Princess fish" not because I'm spoiled rotten but because for 25 years I was loved and cherished by a man who treated me as his princess. He loved me like there was no tomorrow and I'd like to believe I could share that kind of love with someone again.If Princess Tomboy Fish were an option, that would be me ... A little prissy w/ a dose of testosterone, I get a rush from the smell of racing fuel.Okay a little more you may care to know ... I'm not OCD but my vehicle has to be as clean as my kitchen, yes, clean !!.. who would have ever thought hitting a ball that is standing still could be more challenging than a fast ball coming at you ???

    I am fortunate in knowing the roots of a solid foundation take time and patience and therefore cherish the relationships I have created and maintained in my life.     I am just back from a Bahamas cruise so decide to post some new pics and update things a bit. ? So anyway a bit about me. Just a normal lady, looking to find someone to spend some time with and see what happens. One of my friends said this feels too much like writing ones obituary...and I think he may be right. But how the heck are you going to know if you want to meet me, or go out with me if I don’t tell you something……so hey…..here goes. From reading so many of these profiles I have determined that we all enjoy being outdoors, we all love the beach, we all consider ourselves to be pretty active, and we all work out or exercise ***times a week. I’d be a liar if I said I work out that often, but I do try to take care of myself. I have never been married, but gave back two rings, no children, unless you count the two cats….which I do as they are treated better than a lot of children. The IRS keeps giving me a hard time every time I try claiming them as dependents. ? I really do love the outdoors and when I grow up I want to be a farmer. I am also a bit sarcastic…but you probably noticed that already. Another friend of mine calls that “snark.” He’s right too. I’ve got some smart and fun guy friends, but alas, not the right one….and yet I keep coming back here and looking to see if he (could it be you?) is out here. I am trying to keep this a bit on the lighter side. Sometimes I think we take ourselves too seriously when writing these things. So I’m trying to just have some fun with it. I also really do love the beach and I tan easily and love water activities. I know how to kayak and can handle myself on a small boat…but mostly I really like to lay on the beach and drink tropical drinks with little umbrellas in them. I found out on the cruise that I am really good at that. ?I do some “Charity-Pay it Forward" well intentioned sort of things with my time. I work with a teenage youth group from my church and I’m experienced in mini golf, glow in the dark golf, mid-nite bowling, lazer tag, (but I really suck at that one) I am working up to “rock climbing” and an overnight kayak trip on the Allegheny. I’ve also done a few Mission trips, and handled many service projects with many groups of teenagers who keep moving thru the ranks. So my own self- description is “a good Christian girl, with a bit of a wild side. :-) If you decide you want to meet me we can go into greater detail regarding that “wild side.” A girl has to have a few secrets…..Anyhow……….I think that is enough BS in this section...thanks for reading and if you got this far, we might actually get along…..shoot me an *** One last thing…if all you want is for me to send you more pics of myself, please move on. I have posted several, so if you want more you are going to have to come and take them yourself. ? We can decide together
