**I don't mean to sound rude, shallow or mean but I'm just going to put this out there....I won't respond to profiles without a pic. I took the chance...why wouldn't you??**I am just me travelling on this journey we call life trying to make it the best I can and remembering to live life by a few simple motto’s or creeds like....remember to breathe, one day at a time, life's too short, don't forget to stop and smell the roses....just hanging out together. I also cherish and need my alone time....I am one of those people that regenerates with quiet solitude.Others would say that I have a kind heart, am a compassionate soul and that I am fun to be around. When I'm not working I like to do all kinds of things from hiking, biking or just taking a walk to playing on the computer to being by the water….any water – lakes, rivers, streams, oceans….love them all….I think in a previous life I must have been a water baby of some kind! I like puttering around my home as well as in the garden or just puttering out in the big wide world!! I love to cook and also enjoy being cooked for. Cleaning is not high on my priority list but I do like my home to be tidy. There are a few crafts I like to do as hobbies. I have the occasional fantasy of chucking the life I have now and being in a camper/motor-home….and hitting the open road, for parts unknown with no particular destination and no particular time-frame.The kind of person who sparks my interest????My interest is sparked by someone with a good sense of humour who has a good mind, a good heart and is able to take care of themselves – be that physically, socially, financially – every which way. You don’t need someone to complete you…..you are your own person who would like someone to share the journey with. My interest is sparked when you feel comfortable in your own skin and in whichever situations you may find yourself in – be it hanging out with your friends and family or mine. My interest is sparked when we can share time together and feel comfortable during times apart anticipating when we might be together again and share what we each have been up to. My interest is sparked when we each have our own interests and activities as well as one’s we share together.My interest is sparked when we can be 2 independent people coming together to share ur lives but not become so intertwined and enmeshed that we become two parts of a whole as opposed to our lives overlapping.My interest is sparked when you are a little more spontaneous than I am and can, occasionally, entice me into being a little more spontaneous too.My interest is sparked by your adventurous nature and when you take me on some of those adventures with you.
