About Me

I love hanging out with friends and spending time with my family. I'm not heavy into the clubbing/bar scene, I prefer to stay home with a nice glass of wine and listen to music, watch a movie or play Scrabble (yes, I love Scrabble), but I do like to go for a night out with friends every once and a while. I love the outdoors and like to go hiking, kayaking, camping, etc.I'm very laid back and easy going, but at the same time very driven to be the best I can. I have a job working as a service coordinator for individuals with developmental disabilities and I absolutely love what I do. I plan on eventually going back for my Ph.D., but for right now I'm taking a break from school and just enjoying life. I love going to live shows/concerts, if they're outside, even better! I love to travel, although I don't get to do it as often as I'd like. I want to travel the world, but not the typical tourist spots,I want to spend time in places like Nepal, South America, some areas in Africa, etc. I also like taking day/weekend trips when I get the chance.I own my own home so I like to spend my time decorating/updating and just making it mine. I also have a year old puppy, so a lot of the time you can find me walking him down by the river. I'm just looking to meet someone who knows who they are and what they want. Someone easy going that can make me laugh and smile, someone who could be my best friend and enjoy life with me.I hate talking about myself, so if there is more you'd like to know just ask :) Somewhere where we can sit and get to know each other; going out for coffee, going for a walk/hike...
