About Me

That's the plan. I'm going to live in a tiny apartment above a bakery so every morning the whole place smells like fresh-baked bread. I'll have a claw foot tub and a pet bunny and a room just for my books.I'll hide a bottle of Absinthe in my pantry. Every night I'll fall asleep watching Dirty Dancing, Moulin Rouge or Singing In The Rain. At long last I will suffer and finally write that novel.I'll argue politics and history and philosophy and pretend I understand what Kafka was trying to say by writing Metamorphosis. I'll try baking a soufflé and fail miserably. Probably three times. Get discouraged and bake peanut butter chocolate chip cookies ***, get lazy and eat the batter unbaked because it's delicious. Dance around my apartment humming Adele, listen to classical music, pretend I'm a ballerina, get drunk on wine coolers and call my parents crying saying that I want to come home. I love being outside, especially on the beach or by the lake. I love long walks in pretty places, so good company and good conversation are always more than welcome - especially if this company comes with two cups of Starbucks blonde roast coffee and something sweet.
