About Me

I'm a single mother of an amazing son, he is my world and comes first. I have a lot going on in my life and don't have time for bullshitI love sports... specifically MMA & football (WHODEY!). I enjoy spending time with my friends, shooting pool, swimming, spending as much time as possible with my son, going out when I can. I am not your typical female, I am more comfortable in jeans and a tank top than a skirt and heels. I wear my heart on my sleeve, and believe in fighting for anything that is important to me. I love tattoos and truly think they tell a story about who a person is.I can not stand... skinny jeans, people who think they are sexy just because they are built - it's really not attractive, fake people, liars, cheaters, people who can't have an open mind, people who won't work, lazy people, arrogant people, the list continues... but same general idea. I believe life can be fun and would like somebody to have fun with, if that happens.. then great. If not, it's ok because I don't need anybody but my son. I was told a long time ago that if it's important than it's all or nothing.. and I try to live by that.[SN] im not ur piece of a** and im not into one night stands or "hook ups" so dont talk me like u think i should beIf you want to know anything else, *** hit me up on ***

How do you talk about yourself and not come off as self centered? It's like you have to sell yourself. And EVERYONE knows that the used car salesman is a liar. You never tell anyone the bad stuff at first....You want to "hook" them first. That's not fair. So you simply hae to take what I say as truth and cross your fingers. It says to talk about hobbies. Like any other person I enjoy being with my friends. I don't really drink though so I don't tend to party. I may go and have a beer or two (I'm a fan of Landshark). I don't really drink because I refuse to pay the price of a hangover in the morning. I prefer a bar rather than go to a club. I'm better at playing pool than I am dancing.I love watching football!!! I'm still learning new things about the game but I love it. My mom got me into it lol. And college....I like to paint. Nothing better than messing up a perfectly good canvas lol. I just enjoy it, doesn't make me good at it. Then of course there is a wonderful game on ***, of all places, that I love. Mousehunt. Push a horn every 15 minutes catch a mouse and you win the usual and advance etc. etc. It's nice lolMy goals and aspirations...If I would live long enough I'd go to school for a million different things because I want to be able to do everything. I finished school and I'm still wanting to go back. I'm wanting to go for my Pathology. I wish I could speak Spanish and Hindu....It seems to be the most popular around where I live besides english. And for once I would finally know what people are really saying. Not so much because I'm paranoid or think they are talking about me...I'm just nosey. I can't help it. I also wish I could take home every homeless animal I found. I'd have my own shelter if I could. But for now I just enjoy the ones I have. What makes me unique???That's a good question. People always say that when they don't truly know the answer. So, I'm not sure what makes me unique. I'm stubborn, opinionated, and the type of person that will "argue" back. I'm not mean, but sometimes my mouth moves before my brain has had the time to filter out the message. Sorry in advance. I'm also a very appologetic person. People tell me all the time to stop saying sorry. I just can't help it. It's like I don't know what to say so that just fits best. Music and Movies...Music...easy. Anything that comes on AltNation lol. Stuff like Rise Against, Matt &; The list continues....Movies...even easier...Anything except horror. I scare easily. I don't need things jumping out of the abyss to creep me out. I'm scared of the dark and the quiet and I am the last person you will see at a haunted house. But there are some horror films I'll watch. As long as it's during the middle of the day of course lolSo I guess if you're still reading then you've found something that we have in common or you were sucked in by my awesome words skills. So send me a REAL message ACTUALLY saying something BESIDES hey, or what's up. Sometimes just rambling on will lead to the best conversations. Is it too much to ask for it to be something different. *** dinner ... we could a picnic at the park? *** a movie ... can we finger paint at the lake? *** having drinks ... we could go to a craft center. *** staying home ... could we lay out and look at the stars? *** doing the same first date that millions of people do on a first date can we just do something else? Maybe even go and do something that neither of us have done. Something FUN...doesn't have to be expensive. Just because you have a lot of money doesn't mean we'll have fun. Take your money and go get some chalk and we'll decorate a side walk....you get the idea.

I am finally getting to a place in my life where I would like to try something new. I am in my last year of school and can't wait to be finished! Besides school, I enjoy learning all sorts of new things: different cultures, foods, history, sports, entertainment, etc. I have always thought of myself as well rounded and I think that means one must always be learning. I really like traveling and have been to Europe twice! I've always liked service and have remained very involved in various service groups throughout college and grad school. I also have a deep-rooted love for my faith. I think that these things are necessary for one to live life to the fullest. I also am close to my family and believe that one must learn from their family as well as themselves. If you'd like to know anything else, please just ask! I think that a first date should involve getting to know a person. My ideal first date would be meeting someone for lunch or dinner and just seeing where the day goes. I feel that talking is a great way to first spend time with someone and why not do this while enjoying a delicious meal?
