Hello, I guess I should start off by telling you I am the mother of two amazing daughters ***& 19). I enjoy gardening, spending time with friends & family, dining out, going to the movies and sporting events. I have talked to many and I have concluded there are allot of you that whine about this site and why you cant meet someone. now I should not have to tell you, what it is, you do wrong dont make me do it.,as for my effort I am very honest WITH MYSELF, that being said, if you do contact me I am not wishy washie about what I want, and I dont beat around the bush with maybe this,or maybe that!and just keep stringing you along, not my style,I am here to meet a friend a lover a man, I expect iF you contacted me you feel the same way! I love life and I want to find someone to share with.Im just saying! Love a fire in the pit outside laying under the moon and stars crickets chirping,water cascading over rocks, frogs singing. FRESH AIR ok! inside I love the arts,theater,plays,movies,concerts, outdoor concerts. a fire, a glass of good wine music or a movie, a party. The music I like is classic rock,blues, country,classical,bagpipes actually I like it all its whats in the mood.I love to dance,dont get scared we can take lessons. if I only had 1 word to discribe myself it would be chameleon I adapt to many situations without loosing the real me.. I dont watch much TV.my garden is my salvation you can have the spiders,I take care of myself I eat right exersise,stay at a good weight. and I need the same from my partner!.for me to sit across from someone and talk with eye contact is the way I like to get to know someone. what is my long term goal?I want to travel,.I am looking forward to meeting you.maybe it will be out and about and we will find out we have been on the same site for along time with out coming across each other and wonder why it has taken so long, I wish you peace love and luck,we make our own path this I belive. I appreciate a night sky full of stars and un-ending landscapes of beauty. I'm PADI certified in Scuba, but haven't dived for a few years. I love being on, in, or near any water. My date MUST enjoy this too. I am fun loving, enjoy meeting people, yet appreciate my quiet time with someone special. My youngest child is over 18. I am ready to seek out my next path. I prefer someone who is not highly competitive and is able to laugh at themselves and their shortcomings. I enjoy being independent at times but also would love sharing the couch for a good movie, or a walk or boat ride with you. I like my night out with the girls and need that breather in a relationship.It seems the older I get the more I like warm destinations! My ideal living arrangement would be to live in MN ***of the year or less and have a place south for the winter to escape to at retirement. My taste in music is all over the board except I really can't take opera or rap for too long but I try to appreciate.I would love to find someone special who is taller than me so I can look you in the eyes on my tiptoes. I want to find someone that can make me smile from ear to ear. Life is too interesting to spend it alone. I would love to share our discoveries together. If there is someone out there who is patient, funny, endearing and has no current alcohol or drug baggage, then I would love to hear from you! Well, the first "meet and greets" don't count as a date for me. So if we decided to set a real date, I would enjoy a quiet time, or anyplace we could talk without too much background noise. In the summer, maybe a burger/beer on a restaurant deck, or an outdoor patio setting. In the winter, anyplace warm!
