I strive to be the best person I can be and make those around me happy. I am a devoted mother, friend and teacher.I am a good, kind, thoughtful person, but I also like being a bad girl every now and then (take that as you will). My glass is always half full and I have been told that I have everything it takes to make a man happy. I am young for my age and still look good ( I am told). My goal is to travel the world before I leave this place and I want someone to grow old with. I would love to join the Peace Core someday but my daughter won't let me! LOL- she is too scared of me dying of some crazy disease, but we'll see. I am not a " goodie two shoes" by any means, but I try real hard to do the right thing for both myself and others. I grew up in NY, so the "; life is something I lived with for many years. I am Italian and proud of it! You really want to taste my lasagna while we share a bottle of red wine a fire and the moonlight.Good luck in your search- Take Care OK, so this question is really over-rated in my opinion. A first date depends on the people who are going to meet and what they both enjoy. I would want my first date to be something we both enjoy doing. I would not want my first date to be at Starbucks ( also over- rated). LOLHaving said that, I think the first date should be decided by us ( together). If your idea of a first date is Starbucks, Wings and Things, or at your house, then count me out. A good first date for me would be going for a walk near the beach or in a park, then a happy hour somewhere, preferably a place outside with a band. Have you ever been to Monterrey Bay Cannery ( spelling ?Of course this is just one suggestion I have.- frame cottage, then cook some ravioli while drinking a glass of Merlot and have dinner in front of the fire. Now that's a date! My security guard would be in the next room of course!! JKLets just wait and see how we connect and then decide what we should do... OK?

    I know a lot of people say they don't like this internet dating but I really, really don't! yes, I'm doing it anyway since I don't get out that much these days!
