About Me

A widower for eight years, I am looking for a friend/companion/wife who shares my values and interests. I am certainly open to finding new fields of endeavor to explore. Blessedly, I am in good physical condition and am physically active. Financially, I am secure and have a wonderful family with which I interact on an almost daily basis. Currently I live in an individual home in a retirement community in the Annapolis, MD area. Retired from the U.S. Navy as a captain, and from Verizon as an area manager, my education includes a B.S. from Towson University, post graduate study at the University of Baltimore, School of Law, the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and the Wharton School of Business, The University of Pennsylvania. Also completed studies at the Naval War College, the National Defense University, the Armed Forces Staff College, the Defense Resources Management Center, and served as naval coordinator at the United States Marine Corps Staff and Command School in a multi-nation amphibious exercise. I am active in my church, and the Gideon International Society. My greatest joy is to spend time with my extended family and dear friends from my boyhood days growing up in Baltimore, and my Navy shipmates. Additionally, I speak enough Spanish to interact with my Latino friends. Traveling (Going to Israel in October), reading, and meeting with family and friends are my greatest joys.
