I am 52, divorced with 3 awsome sons. They are the best. I enjoy being outside, doing whatever I can find to do, from working on my property, taking a drive, going out to lunch or a movie, it really doesn't matter, but I'm not into the bar scene. As long as the person I'm with is having a good time too, then it's all good. I am a summer weather person, boating and camping are my favorite things to do on off time, an occasional snow trip is fine too! I own my own business, for 30 years and still enjoy going to work and being productive. I like what I guess is now classified as classic rock music, mid 70's to most current & country is fine with me too! Not big into the "thumpy stuff" though. I volunteer in my community extensively, working to develop better things for kids to be involved in. I like to have fun times,like I said outdoor stuff, from camping to paintball battles, indoor skydiving to softball or just a trip to the shopping mall ( not really outdoors but you do have to walk from the parking lot!) laugh and enjoy whatever happens to be going on, and usually the simpler the better.

About me... I'm a computer scientist who wanted to be in the heart of the industry so I moved to the Silicon Valley and am in the top 1% of my field. Maybe I have a geeky side, but I don't think I'm what most would call a geek. I don't play D&D! I do like SciFi and read about physics and math just because it interests me. But I also hike and backpack (CA has some great spots), I cycle and have spent weeks cycling through Europe and also on the CA coast. I give back financially on a regular basis, have supported several children in developing countries, sometimes serve dinners at homeless shelters, and have done the CA AIDS LifeCycle ride twice. You don't believe that great relationships just happen but invest in making it great. You are physically affectionate and love to cuddle. You are a complete person without me. You must love the outdoors.
