Not really expecting much from this but hey you never know! If your up uptight an don't have a sense of humor, take a hike. If you can dish it back as well as take it, awesome. I'm a go with the flow sorta guy, whatever happens, happens. Forcing things get you no where. I'm always staying active whether going for a jog, weight training, kayaking, hiking etc...
